Gabriel Alvarez has been a successful graphic designer in the Central Valley of California for many years, but before he chose to make it his career, he led a diverse life, wearing many hats. Seeing the world through the eyes of an artist he would draw, paint, and design on his free time, but all his creations were for personal use. It was not until friends and family started to commission him for his work that he realized he was working by doing what he loved. Sharing his artistic vision with the world and making everything just a little bit more colorful is his goal, and now he can add the title of illustrator to his resume as he recently had his first children’s book published, with hopefully many more on the horizon.
